mi-amor-es-eterno: yogachick: Hmmm, never tried this before… I’m not a natural back bender but it would be curious to attempt. Always with a sense of humor, though. It’s amazing how a new variation can feel so foreign to the body on the first try, but after patience and practice, becomes just as familiar as standing. Definitely trying this once my leg muscles are okay again after Pilates. Hahah. I want to be able to do this!
